Payment Policy

Full payment for rooms must be made at the time of booking . Payment accepted:- Visa, Master card, bank transfer, or cash.

Whole Manor bookings require a deposit at the time of booking, with full payment four weeks in advance and a refundable security deposit prior to occupancy.

Please note that prices quoted on this site are for direct bookings only. Not available with any other deals or vouchers. Discount must be claimed, and vouchers declared when booking. Prices through agents and other sites may be higher due to agents fees and surcharges!

Cancellation Policy

A 50% charge will be made if the booking is cancelled upto 7 days before the booked dates, and 100% if cancelled after the 7 days prior to the booked dates.

For whole Manor bookings, refund cannot be made after the 4 weeks in advance payment or if payment not received by due date the deposit will be forfeited
